Student Art Galleries
BA, BFA, and MFA students are required to exhibit their work in partial fulfillment of their degree requirements, resulting in some 150+ student exhibitions annually in the six student galleries, two performance/installation areas, and additional hallway spaces. This unique and extremely popular program of weekly exhibitions and opening receptions is an essential component of the students’ academic experience.
Artist receptions are generally held every Tuesday evening, 6 – 8pm, following the Tuesday Night Lecture Series, 5-6pm in Art #133. All exhibitions are FREE and open to the public!

Kelly Beach: Peace · Meal
Peace · Meal reflects on relationships. Parental, sibling, romantic, and several others. Each botanical represents a relationship in my life, both positive and negative, broken and ongoing. Like the routine of daily meals, peace and forgiveness must be an integral part of life. The simple action of drinking coffee or consuming a meal mirrors how we must nourish the relationships we have and make peace with the ones we have lost.
