Collegium Concert
The Collegium Musicum early music ensemble plays a concert featuring “three queens”–selections from Purcell’s music for his semi-operas “The Fairy Queen (1692) and “The Indian Queen” (1695), and a selection from his funeral music for Queen Mary (1695)–and a “king,” the incomparable music of J. S. Bach with excerpts from his Orchestral Suite No. 2 for flute and strings.
