Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine’s Tony Award-winning triumph INTO THE WOODS comes to SJSU’s Hammer Theatre! The SJSU School of Music and Dance and the Department of Film and Theater collaborate in a full production of this fanciful tale about the lengths to which we’ll go to get what we wish. Featuring a score including the songs “Giants in the Sky,” “On the Steps of the Palace,” “No One Is Alone,” and “Children Will Listen” with a darkly humorous book, INTO THE WOODS is a sophisticated musical twist on beloved childhood fables.
