To attend a live performance by following the county and the University guidelines, please review below:
PROOF OF VACCINATION REQUIRED:
All attendees must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
Unvaccinated and children under the age of 12, will need to present a negative PCR COVID test administered within 72 hours prior to attending.
Digital and physical forms of proof will be accepted, including:
1.CLEAR app Digital Vaccine Health Pass
2.CDC Vaccination Card, with a valid Photo ID
3..Digital photo of Vaccination Card, with a valid photo ID
4.State of California digital vaccination card, with a valid photo ID.
Medical and religious exemptions must provide signed documentation to the School of Music and Dance five (5) business days prior to the event, as well as a negative PCR Covid test within 72 hours of attendance.
MASKS REQUIRED in accordance with Santa Clara County's most recent health order. If you do not have a mask, our ushers can provide one at entry.
